Gian Bohan, the brainchild of Nonnas restaurant, is teaming up with seasoned foodie passionista, Pasquale Pollio. The duo have launched the first Fritti location in Kelham Island's trendiest new eating hall – Cutlery Works.
The country's street food scene originated way back in Pompeii. Fritti has taken that age-old tradition and sexed it up. Think golden arancini and crisp croquettes loaded with the most daringly indulgent toppings. Our unique eats will leave you smiling.
